Two of these chefs rang us with virtually the same words – “as a Michelin Star restaurant, we get loads of samples, I’ve never tasted anything as good as this”. Since then we’ve sold to 16 top restaurants. Previously we thought everyone was being polite when they said how it was “the best”. But Michelin Star chefs are the best judges and they would not buy shh’annu if it wasn’t superb.
