Whether it's for a family celebration, a wedding, or simply reconnecting with loved ones, Kirkwood - Real Farms offers the perfect setting. Our cottages comfortably accommodate up to 32 guests, with our central courtyard of five cottages sleeping 22, and amidst our authentic farm experiences activities, there's ample opportunity for everyone to create lasting memories.
Being just over an hour away from Glasgow and Carlisle we are also perfectly placed to host athletes, sports clubs and groups attending events but preferring to be away from the city.

Staying with a group
Kirkwood - Real Farms is ideal for groups. The courtyard can sleep 22 in 5 cottages and when there is a family reunion the grandparents can occupy one cottage with each of their families in a different cottage. That gives everyone a bit of their own space whilst offering a great family interaction. For those special celebratory meals the large upstairs living/dining room in Otter cottage can seat extra people around 2 or 3 additional tables.
