Kirkwood is an unspoilt, natural, extensive farm in South Scotland. Using mainly organic and regenerative techniques we’ve been perfecting the taste and flavour in our meat.
Aberdeen Angus crosses, are killed humanely and locally at 38-42 months old, then butchered at Kirkwood. The carcass hangs (dry aging) for 4 weeks to produce succulent meat.
