• 1 Silverside/Topside joint (1.5kg)

• 4 Sirloin Steaks                   (1.2kg)

• 1 Rump Steak                     (0.6kg)

• 1 x 1kg Diced beef              (1.0kg)

• 2 x 1kg Mince                     (2.0kg)

We are a real farm, not a factory, so we cut as close to these weights as we can.
